Bobby Earl Myles

Lon Ollie Denton and Annie Mae Myles-Jones were blessed with the arrival of their son, Bobby Earl Myles on Saturday, January 11, 1964, in Dundee, Mississippi, he was born the oldest of nine children. His parents instilled in them the importance of family and always be there for one another; to know Bobby was to love him. Leaving to remember times of laughter, conversations, and memories for his remaining siblings, Ruby, Clarence Jr., James, Gregory, ShelRhonda, Marcus, Alex, and Tomeka. He was preceded in death by his mother Annie Myles-Jones and his stepfather Clarence Jones Sr. Bobby received his formal education through the St. Louis public school system. He attended O’Fallon Tech and received his certification in Automotive Mechanics. Bobby was employed at National Alamo/Enterprise Rental Company. He was a dedicated worker until his health failed. At an early age, Bobby confessed his love for Christ. Bobby was united in Holy Matrimony to Kathy Johnson-Myles, on November 7, 2014. They have been together for eighteen years and were blessed with four stepsons, Lavon, Cortez, Phillip, and Delvin. Bobby was truly a family man. He valued his family with the utmost respect, with the highest regards, a legacy that will be cherished forever. Bobby was a kindhearted, humble, and peaceful man; he could exhibit a peace that truly surpassed all understanding. He was quick to avoid the drama. He never met a stranger and always wanted the best for everyone. He loved working on cars, which was his hobby. When he brought a different car, his face would light up. He enjoyed listening to music, Bobby’s favorite song was, “You’re The First, The Last My Everything” by Barry White. His wife Kathy was his everything. Bobby Earl Myles made a peaceful transition on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at home with his loving and devoted wife Kathy at his side. Bobby will be missed by all who loved him. Bobby leaves to cherish his precious memory a loving and devoted wife, Kathy Johnson-Myles, their love, which was the foundation of their lives will continue through his step-sons; Lavon Johnson, Cortez (Francesca Walls) Johnson, Phillip (Toni Robinson) Presberry and Delvin Garner; six stepgrandchildren; Ziya Johnson, Justin Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Cortez Johnson Jr., Raquel Johnson, and Peyton Johnson, father; Lon Ollie Denton, step-mother; Thelma Denton, mother-in-law; Elizabeth Johnson, five brothers: James Jones, Gregory Jones, Marcus Denton, Alex Denton (Arkansas) and Clarence Jones Jr., three sisters; Shelrhonda Jones, Tomeka Denton (Arkansas), and Ruby Jones, and an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends
