Cheryl Denise Thomas

Cheryl Denise Thomas was born May 13, 1958 in Saint Louis Missouri. She was the second of eight children born to the union of Richard and Katie Thomas. On November 6, 2014, the Lord called His precious child, Cheryl, Home to be by His side. Cheryl attended, Hubert Wheeler School, within the Special School District. She confessed her faith in Christ and was baptized at an early age at Faith Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to sing at her church, Jubilee Worship Center. Cheryl cherished her family dearly. She loved living. Cheryl embraced every day with joy. She was the life of the party and dancing was one of her favorite activities. Cheryl spent a lot of time at Heart of St. Louis Adult Day Health Center, where she would dance, sing, play and enjoy life to the fullest. She had great friends at Heart of St. Louis Adult Day Health Center and the staff was just like family. Cheryl also really enjoyed the Riverboat Casino, where she could spend time with family and friends, and have fun playing the slots. Loving precious memories will always be cherished by her parents Richard and Katie Thomas. Cheryl also leaves to cherish her precious memories: two brothers, Richard (Tamara) Thomas Jr., (Atlanta, Georgia) and Andre (Sue) Thomas; five sisters: Deborah Ann Thomas, Michelle (Marvin) Robinson Sr., (Stanford, Kentucky), Richetta Chavis (Clarksville, Tennessee), Marlo Kay (Robert Jr.) Williams and Tandalaya (Dorian) Shelton; nieces: Toi (Richard Jr.) Mitchell (Atlanta, Georgia), Katie (DeAndre) McDaniel, April Marie Kemp (and her father Hershell Kemp), Mary (Corey) Ivan, Channel Thomas, Miss Mollie Thomas, Raychell Thomas (Stanford, Kentucky), Yolanda (Charles) Clayton (Clarksville, Tennessee), Tondalisha Pruitt, Denishea (Remi) Norise, Katie and Diamond; nephews: Richard Thomas III (Atlanta, Georgia), Marquiz Howard, Kenny Norwood, Raymond Thomas (Stanford, Kentucky), Marvin Robinson Jr. (Stanford, Kentucky); great nieces: Julia, Natalie and De’Raya Nishell Jade Thomas (Stanford, Kentucky); great nephews: Sean James McDaniel, Zarorio, Corey Jr., Cole DeAndre, David Terrel Rayshan Thomas (Stanford, Kentucky) and Remia Taylor; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
