Rose Louise Harris

Rose Louise Bradley was born on August 24, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri at Homer G. Phillips hospital. By way of her mother Rose Louise Hardy and father Mose Robison. Rose was the sixth of thirteen children, “Louise” as she was called by her family had a very happy childhood. Louise attended the St. Louis Public school system. She enjoyed making new friends, and spending time with her family. Rose confessed her love to Christ and was baptized at an early age. She attended the Travine Spiritual Church. Louise enjoyed singing gospel music, with her mother Rose, as member of the original “Gospel 5”. Louise loved her sister and brothers; Gloria, Leon, Rita, Shirley, and Sam. She unconditionally loved her mother Rose whom she was named after; father Mose and stepfather Joyce Evans, all whom have preceded her in death. Her sister Allison, Denise, and Norma; brothers Gregory, Lester, David, and George Jr. Whom all still are present loved one another whole heartedly. When Louise was a teenager she met Ricky Harris who she later married , to this union were born two sons Anton, Maurice, and one daughter Rhonda her twin, who in later years became her best friend and caregiver. She started her career in healthcare caring for others within different health facilities. Rose was a loving, caring, and passionate person who valued others and always wanted to see others happy. She had a great sense of humor, she could really brighten your day by making you laugh. Rose lived a very full happy life, she loved her children and grandchildren very much ,one of her favorite pastimes was helping take of all her grandchildren & feeding them their favorite foods. Rose departed from her worldly life on June 16, 2022, She is forever cherished in all of our hearts. Rose leaves to cherish her memories: two sons; Anton Harris and Maurice Harris, one daughter Rhonda Harris, grandchildren and great grandson; Amanda Harris and Levi her son , Lamon Phillips, Keith McConell Jr., Keion McConell , Jelani Kennedy-Harris , and Jenieya Kennedy-Harris . Sisters and brothers; Allison, Denise, Gregory, Lester, David and George Jr. And her lover and faithful partner Alvin Moton whom she referred to as “Boo” stuck beside her to her last days here with us. Also a host of; nieces, nephews, cousins 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and a host of beloved friends who she cherished. To God be the glory for the life of Rose Louise Bradley-Harris safe in His arms.
